Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and the strict quality control requirements of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of research compounds once they have been shipped, as we cannot verify the integrity of returned materials.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: (a) the product received does not match the product ordered; (b) the product arrives in a condition that renders it unsuitable for research use due to a shipping or handling error on our part; (c) the order was not fulfilled within the stated processing timeframe and the researcher requests cancellation prior to shipment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic documentation where applicable. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

6. Disputes

If you believe you have received a product that does not meet our stated specifications, please contact us with the batch number and your analytical findings. We take quality disputes seriously and will investigate all credible claims.

7. Limitations

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements due to: improper storage of compounds after receipt; use of compounds for purposes other than laboratory research; regulatory seizure or confiscation; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
