Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We ship all research compounds via established carriers with appropriate cold-chain and handling protocols. Shipping method and carrier selection are determined based on the nature of the compound, destination, and order specifications. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include transit time.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for research compound orders. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory requirements that are the responsibility of the recipient. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any jurisdiction where the sale or import of research compounds is restricted or prohibited.

4. Packaging

All compounds are packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized compounds are shipped with appropriate desiccants. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with cold packs as required. Packaging is designed to be discreet and compliant with carrier requirements.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for damaged shipments require photographic documentation of the damage.

7. Import Compliance

International researchers are solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of research compounds complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their country. We are not responsible for shipments detained, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
